About Me

I am a dispute resolution lawyer with experience in advising clients on a broad range of contentious matters. I recognise clients' needs and anxieties when it comes to legal disputes and strive to devise solutions that work best for them, including exploring alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation).

I have a primary focus on commercial disputes. I represented both individuals and corporate clients on cross-border disputes. I have vast experience in representing PRC listed companies gained from my previous employment as a senior associate at the Hong Kong office of a leading PRC law firm.

I wholly recognise clients' desire for resolution of disputes in the most efficient and effective way. In every case I strive to ascertain the underlying issues of the dispute and work closely with my clients to achieve their most desired results, which do not have to be in court.

I am native speaker of Cantonese and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
