I have in-depth knowledge of banking and finance and navigate clients, advise lenders, borrowers, arrangers, managers, underwriters, issuers, originators, representatives of the note holders and swap counterparties in connection with a wide range of banking and finance deals, involving also new asset classes and innovative financial structures, including transfer of performing and non-performing receivables, STS and SRT securitisations, digital platforms transactions and digital assets.

I am a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, focusing on topics related to structured finance, securitisations and ESG trends, aimed at discussing new opportunities and challenges in this evolving market landscape.
