Clara Ducros

As an associate of the Dispute Resolution group in the Lyon office, I assist our French and international clients in business litigation and business criminal law.

A graduate of EM LYON with a Master 2 in criminal financial law, I joined the firm in January 2024. Before joining Bird and Bird, I had a number of experiences in compliance and litigation with major French groups, as well as with law firms specialising in business criminal law and business litigation.

I act in civil and commercial disputes (anti-competitive practices, breach of contract, contractual and tort liability, breach of established contractual relationships), as well as in criminal business law (corruption, money laundering, tax fraud).

I help companies and other entities to develop compliance programmes and manage compliance risks.
