As a Senior Associate in the London Commercial Team, I advise both public and private sector clients on a wide range of matters from general commercial contracts to large, complex projects particularly in the defence, aerospace, infrastructure, technology and energy sectors.

I work closely with clients drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts, with a particular focus on services and supply contracts.

Additionally, I have assisted with a wide range of procurements under various procedures in the UK on both sides – procurer and bidder – giving me an all-round view and understanding of the commercial and contractual issues.

I have been on several secondments in the waste, energy and defence sectors, working closely with the in-house legal team, as well as the commercial and technical teams, on day-to-day issues to large, complex projects. This has given me great insight into client concerns, how best to meet their needs and the need for clear and practical advice.
