Boubeker Moussaoui

I am an Associate Lawyer in the Paris office and a member of the Aviation Finance team. I am involved in a wide range of transactions covering mainly commercial aircraft, but also helicopters, engines and spare parts. I also cover leasing and financing transactions, as well as number of corporate matters.

Providing both English and French Law advice, I assist major airlines with novation, leasing (whether operating or financial leases, including the review of LOIs), financing transactions (including green finance and various insurance products (such as Balthazar).

I also assist lessors, particularly with the setting up and operation of special purpose companies (SPVs).

I enjoy being a part of a multicultural team. We provide French, English and Irish Law advice and we speak French, English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish.

We have a very close relationship with our clients, and we always aim to protect their best interest.

• Advising a major airline in the sale and leaseback of four new Airbus A220-300 with a japanese lessor (drafting operating lease and assisting with deliveries of aircraft)
• Advising a major airline on its first sustainability-linked financing of a new Airbus A350-900 aircraft
• Advising a major airline on its financing of two new Airbus A350-900 via a JOLCO (including Balthazar insurance)
• Advising a major lessor in the sale and leaseback of an aircraft involving an islamic finance
• Transactions and filings with French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) (registrations, taking security etc.)
