Anna Hjortlund

I am a junior associate in our Tech & Comms team where I advise national and international clients on IT law issues.

As part of our Tech & Comms team, I advise clients on matters regarding IT and telecommunications law issues, including projects involving systems development, cloud services, and outsourcing.

I have experience from the Legal Tech industry, where I have worked on the implementing and operation of IT solutions, as well as advising both public authorities and private organisations across sectors on data protection and information security.

I have an in-depth understanding of the intersection between law and technology, including benefits and risks connected to automation through technology. My advice is legally, holistically and practically grounded, and I embrace technological tools that create value for our clients.

During my studies, I specialised in the areas of IT, data protection and EU law, and I wrote my thesis on the liability of data protection law.
