I have developed expertise in the real estate sector with special focus on real estate and commercial contract law, providing legal advice with reference to the management of real estate complexes and in transactions involving sale and purchase, development of real estate complexes, in addition to commercial leases, both domestic and cross-border, as well as in joint venture transactions for the realisation of projects in the real estate sector.
