Alexander Bilenberg-Lundkvist

I am a junior associate in our International Tech & Comms team, where I use my extensive knowledge of technology to assist clients with a variety of technology related contracts and projects.

I have several years of experience from working in technology teams in leading Danish law firms, where I have advised start-ups, national and international companies within a broad range of technology related contracts and projects.

I am enthusiastic about business and technology and I am one of the few lawyers who also knows how to write software code. My commercial and legal understanding combined with my coding skills have been great assets in the two successful companies that I have previously founded – and today it helps me in my work for Bird & Bird's clients.

My qualifications allow me to quickly apply complex legal regulations and contractual terms to even the most advanced IT systems. This has been essential in the numerous software development and license agreements, license audit cases and outsourcing projects that I have helped clients with.
