Alessandro Berti Arnoaldi Veli

I work as a senior associate in our Tech & Comms Group in Rome where my practice covers telecoms, automotive and gaming.

I have in-depth litigation experience in both civil and commercial law, particularly in IP, advertising and competition law. Working with major clients, I assist in litigation, drafting and negotiating agreements concerning IP rights and advising clients before the national Court. I provide advice to the telecommunications, automotive and games & lottery sectors. I also provide assistance and advice on premium competition, including their discipline and organisation. In addition, I advise clients on matters and proceedings relating to consumer law.

Client satisfaction is one of the aspects I enjoy most about my job. First, I think we must understand the real goal that our clients set.

I have been a visiting lecturer in communication law at LUMSA University in Rome and I have also taught advertising communication for refresher courses held at top-tier national companies. I joined the team at Bird & Bird in 2012. I am a native Italian speaker and am also fluent in English and French.
