I am a junior associate in the Commercial Group in Warsaw. I specialise in personal data, new technologies and e-commerce law.

I have been advising clients since 2017, and specialise in privacy and data protection, new technologies, and ecommerce issues. I advise on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the context of audits and current legal support. I have extensive experience in providing services to companies from the telecommunications, insurance and production sectors in that area.

My experience also includes supporting clients in court disputes and in arbitration proceedings regarding infringement of Internet domain rights.

I have also advised suppliers of online platforms and entrepreneurs from the online retail sector with respect to compliance of business models with legal requirements. I also support clients in the process of handling consumers' complaints.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working for leading international law firms, as well as for the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs. I also gained experience working in the Legal Clinic at the University of Warsaw, where I provided pro bono legal advice in criminal law.

I have written publications on data protection law and new technologies. I am a finalist of the Ratio Decidendi Competition for the Draft Resolution of the Supreme Court from 2018, and a winner of the essay competition organized by the Warsaw Bar Association in 2019.
