Tina Johansen

I'm an associate in our international Public Procurement group in Denmark with extensive practical experience in public procurement and contract law with a particular focus on IT.

Over the past ten years, I have advised on agreements within the public sector, in particular the rules of public procurement and other related legal areas.

I advise our clients on public procurement from A to Z, for example preliminary market consultations, procurement strategies, choice of procedures, specially competitive procedures with negotiations, choice of selection- and contract award criteria, contract notices, procurement documents, appendix of contracts, legal quality assurance of specifications, negotiations and awarding contracts.

I mostly advise contracting authorities, but at the same time I advise candidates or tenderers with similar tenders. I have many years experience working with politically managed organisations and advising contracting authorities in procurement matters, among other things, service contracts, mostly related to complicated IT purchases. I also have experience in assisting clients with construction projects, as well as projects in the energy sector in connection with public procurement and tendering.

I am experienced in organising seminars and training sessions on public procurement.
