I am a corporate and commercial transactions lawyer with particular focus on M&A, acting for technology, fashion/luxury and retail & consumer businesses.

Working out of our San Francisco and Milan offices, I am often involved in deals with a significant international element, acting for global organisations, fast-growth tech companies and financial investors.

Alongside my transactional work, I support our US clients by connecting them with our European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific legal experts across all practice areas.

Having joined Bird & Bird in 2003, made partner at the age of 31 in 2008, and acted as co-lead of our international Corporate Group for five years until 2019, I know the majority of Bird & Bird people worldwide and can easily identify the right lawyer to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

As a testament to my sector expertise, I have been recognised by The Legal 500 2018 and 2019 as one of the leading Italian lawyers in the retail industry.

I have been a member of the Milan bar since 2003 and a Registered Foreign Legal Consultant in California since 2018.
