As Special Counsel in our Corporate Group in Sydney, my corporate and dispute resolution expertise in Australia and Singapore provides a unique combination of skills ideally suited to our clients across the Asia Pacific region.

My practice focuses on corporate regulatory issues, corporate governance, restructuring and insolvency, business and share sale transactions, as well as contract advice and negotiation. I also advise on disputes involving insolvency, contracts, and corporate law, and have experience in alternative dispute resolution, having acted in mediations and in international arbitrations under various rules.

I practised in Singapore for several years where I acted as foreign legal adviser for one of Singapore’s leading firms, and was involved in several international arbitrations, as well as being a lead team member on the IPO of a Real Estate Investment Trust on the SGX. I was later invited to become General Counsel for the manager of the listed Real Estate Investment Trust, at that time a subsidiary of an ASX-listed finance company.

Since returning from Singapore, I’ve developed my well established corporate law expertise, including undertaking secondments to one of Australia's largest electronics retailers in the role of Acting General Counsel, which is enhanced by my dispute resolution skills.
