I have over ten years' experience working in restructuring for global law firms and in the banking industry (Paris and New York restructuring teams of Natixis SA). I am one of the few lawyers in Paris to act as regular counsel for pools of banks in restructuring and I am particularly well positioned to advise banks and financial institutions. I advise creditors and debtors on the various stages of restructuring and insolvency proceedings, specifically financial institutions and large organisations on implementing changes to their debt, capital and corporate structures. I also advise clients who wants to purchase distressed companies or assets in the course of insolvency proceedings. I have a strong experience in advising creditors on debt restructurings, especially with respect to troubled LBOs. I was in particular involved in the restructurings of Consolis, Camaieu and Vivarte. I began my career working in a global law firm right before the 2008 Lehman Brothers's Crisis, which introduced me to challenging cases such as Terreal, HMY, Auto-distribution, Coeur Défense and Novasep. I have a deep understanding of French insolvency law and am well positioned to advise banks and financial institutions on Restructuring & Insolvency. I am also vastly experienced in the Retail & Automotive sector, where I've advised many of the historical players impacted by the digital revolution. I advised recently creditors during the restructuring of Marie-Brizard and Orchestra Premaman, the Trustee during the insolvency proceedings of CGG, pools of banks during the restructuring of Necotrans, Gimaex, and La Grande Récré.
