Richard joined us in 2016 from a leading sports law boutique. Since joining us, Richard has completed an in-house secondment with UK Anti-Doping, serving as Head of Case Management.
He has represented clients before a range of dispute resolution forums domestically and internationally, including the English courts, CAS, domestic disciplinary tribunals, FA Rule K arbitration, and the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber.
Richard was appointed by The FA to the County Disciplinary (Anti-Discrimination) FA Chairman’s Panel in 2014 and in February 2017 he was appointed as a founding member of the Esport Integrity Coalition's Disciplinary Panel. He studied law at the University of Leeds, where he graduated with a First Class LLB (Hons) degree and was awarded the Hughes Scholar Prize (presented to an Outstanding Graduate).
