Noora Heinonen

I am an associate in our Employment group in Helsinki, where I advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.

Prior to joining our firm in 2020, I worked as a junior specialist at the Ministry of Finance, where I, among other things, participated in the preparatory work concerning civil service legislation as well as development projects concerning civil service law.

I graduated from the University of Helsinki in 2019. During my studies, I gained valuable experience at other law firms in Helsinki, in one of which I focused on employment law. I have also deepened my knowledge of employment law during my studies.

Problem solving and daily opportunities to learn new things motivate me in my work. I consider it important to find high-quality, practical and customised solutions for the individual needs of each customer.

I work fluently in Finnish and English, and I have a good understanding of Swedish.
