About Me
I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team in Poland.
I have been advising clients since 2016 on a wide range of commercial transactions, including share deals, as well as acquisition of companies and their organised parts. I have experience in designing structures for planned transactions, preparing transaction documentations, as well as conducting legal due diligence audits and post transaction activities.I also assist commercial law companies with their day-to-day operations. I have experience in drafting investment agreements, shareholders agreements and corporate dispute resolutions.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience in several reputable Polish law firms.
