Kevin Munungu Lungungu

I am a senior associate in the Regulatory, Public & Administrative Law department in our Brussels office. I advise both Belgian and international clients on regulatory matters across several sectors, especially in the Life Sciences and the Energy sectors.

I offer both contentious and non-contentious advice to Belgian and international clients in regulated sectors, such as life sciences and energy. My areas of expertise include European public procurement and related litigation.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2019, I worked in a Belgian law firm for four years where I was involved in all areas where authorities interface with businesses, particularly in public procurement, budgetary law (in light of the rules adopted by EUROSTAT) and aviation law.

I am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Criminology at the Université libre de Bruxelles. I regularly speak at events and publish reports on Administrative Law and public procurement.
