About Me

As an attorney in our commercial team in Frankfurt, I advise German and international suppliers of the automotive industry on all matters of contract law, as well as on litigation issues.

Advising on a variety of commercial law matters, including contract law, I specialise in liability cases (especially recalls and other field actions), complex commercial contracts and standard agreements, in addition to litigation. In the recent past, I have advised many clients in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic (force majeure/allocation of products, etc.).

After my admission to the German bar, I worked as a lawyer in a leading American firm for four years, advising international clients in contractual and insolvency disputes.

I am a member of the Landesarbeitskreis Christlich Demokratischer Juristen Hessen and Marburger Juristische Gesellschaft legal associations.
