I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney. My practice focuses on assisting clients in the technology sector to resolve disputes with their customers.

I have experience in pre-litigation mediation, briefing counsel, preparing pleadings and evidence and settlement negotiations.

I have recently had day-to-day carriage of several matters which involved advising multinational software companies on disputes with their customers, including in relation to ongoing projects. I have played a key role on a team advising clients on general commercial disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, insolvency and misleading and deceptive conduct. I have also played a key role in advising clients on non-contentious matters including by providing privacy advice.

Before joining the Dispute Resolution Group I undertook rotations in the Intellectual Property and Corporate and Commercial Groups at Bird & Bird.

I am regular contributor to Bird & Bird's media law publication and I am a member of the Communications and Media Law Association. I am also a member of the Women's Insolvency Network.

Before joining Bird & Bird I worked at Music Rights Australia, an organisation which protects the creative interests of artists within the Australian community through educational initiatives, government lobbying and protection of artists' copyright.
