Dr. Stefan Gross

I'm a patent attorney and a member of the intellectual property team in our Munich office. I advise on technical property rights in the sectors of chemistry, pharmaceutics, food and medical engineering with a strong focus on litigation.

My advice in the chemistry and pharmaceutics sector focuses on inorganic chemistry, chemical engineering as well as pharmaceutical chemistry and drug formulation. In the medical engineering sector I advise on surgical instruments and implants, among other things.

I represent our clients in inter partes proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Unified Patent Court (UPC), including appeal proceedings. In addition, my activities include participation in infringement proceedings.

Before joining our team in 2018, I worked in the Munich office of a leading German patent firm.
