I am an experienced transaction lawyer and a partner in our corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt am Main and offer years of expertise advising clients in national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, investments of all kinds, in complex restructurings and reorganisations and joint ventures, in particular in projects with a special technology focus as well as in general corporate and commercial law matters.

Strategic acquisitions of companies with innovative technologies and technological know-how, valuable IP rights and highly-qualified employees have long been part of M&A strategies, a central growth instrument and a means of maintaining and expanding competitiveness. This is all the more true in times of digital transformation and disruption, which are posing a particular challenge for established companies today.

I help my clients in these changing and challenging times, adding the decisive value in addition to traditional and standard M&A and corporate law advice with all the experiences and capabilities gained from advising clients with the most innovative and future-oriented technologies and business models.

My experience includes advising clients from the automotive, technology and communications, healthcare, energy and renewables sectors, as well as acting for investors in large infrastructure projects.

Alongside my M&A advice in classical domestic and cross-border sales and acquisitions including advice on post-closing and post-merger integrational aspects, I regularly advise clients on private equity and venture capital transactions and investments of other kinds and in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including joint ventures and complex restructurings and reorganisations, often with a particular focus on IP and IT.
