As a specialist lawyer with many years of experience, I advise and represent our clients in IP matters with regard to patent infringement and nullity proceedings as well as advising on the German Law on Employees' Inventions.

Many of the cases I have handled concern the mobile radio and electronics sector with interesting questions regarding standard essentiality (SEP) or implementation. In those areas I have mainly advised on complex patent disputes with cross-border implications as well as the procurement and analysis of evidence of infringement/products.

Today, my focus is still on patent and utility model law, in particular on advising international clients in infringement proceedings before the German civil courts and participating in opposition proceedings as well as patent nullity proceedings.

Before joining our team in 2019, I worked for a highly specialised international law firm in Düsseldorf for nearly four years, where I gained valuable experience in patent law. Before that - while studying for my articles - I worked for a well-known international law firm in Düsseldorf as well as the German Federal Cartel Office in Bonn.
