I am a technology, media and communications lawyer advising clients across Asia-Pacific on commercial, regulatory and public policy matters.

I advise clients on the legal, regulatory and commercial issues that arise in the digital space. This includes technology sourcing, outsourcing, data protection, cybersecurity and licensing matters. My focus is on commercial and advisory work, and my clients are drawn from a number of industries including financial services, healthcare, retail and telecommunications.

I also have significant experience advising on public policy matters, including assistance provided to a Southeast Asian government as part of a World Bank funded initiative to draft its data protection and cybersecurity laws.

  • Advised a telecommunications conglomerate on media regulatory issues across Asia arising from its US$65 billion bid for a multinational mass media company.
  • Advised a global distributor of dental and medical supplies on its entry into the Singapore market.
