Barbara Klimczyk

Working as a Senior Associate in the employment team in Warsaw, I am an expert in labour law, transport and logistics.

Since 2009, I have been advising our clients on disputes concerning individual and collective labour law, and on the legal aspects of transport and logistics, including business trips and the working time of drivers and other mobile workers.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in supporting our Polish and international clients, and assist our transport, shipping and logistics clients in all the aspects of their activities, especially the posting of employees to other European Union countries. I also specialise in the employment of foreign workers, including global mobility issues.
