About Me

As an associate in the energy and utilities team in Düsseldorf, I advise and represent international clients in energy, regulatory and environmental law matters.

My work is focused on advising clients in all matters concerning infrastructure, energy and regulatory law, administrative law and European law. I represent clients in planning permit procedures for extra-high-voltage lines, pipelines and other industrial infrastructure.

I put a special focus on the legal challenges and changes in the regulatory framework that digitalisation brings to the energy sector. Part of my work is advising international clients on all aspects related to the generation of conventional and renewable energy, including the applicable European legislation.

Building upon my experience as a lawyer in the arbitration and litigation practice group of an international law firm, I represent clients before national courts as well as in arbitration proceedings.
