Partner promotions

  • Arnoud Knijnenburg - Tax, Netherlands

    Arnoud is a highly experienced tax professional advising on a broad array of international tax matters, with a specialised focus on international Restructuring, Tax Control and Compliance matters. Anticipating the increasingly changing international legal and tax environment, he advises clients on the various changes stemming from the OECD/G20 and EU Commission BEPS action plans. He specialises in the structuring of corporate foundations, international non-profit organisations, and tech assets, as well as advising clients on Energy- and Betting & Gaming taxes. Arnoud has a focus on Africa and his practice increasingly consists of South African clients.
  • Marta Koremba - IP, Poland

    Marta advises clients from a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, FMCG, cosmetics, food and beverage, spirits, publishing, telecommunications and DIY.

    She assists companies with the development and implementation of IP protection strategies, including brand management. She represents clients in registration, invalidation and cancellation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

    She has also significant pre-trial, trial, and appellate experience in IP infringement matters.

  • Hermann Rothfuchs - Regulatory & Competition / Energy & Utilities, Germany

    Hermann is a certified lawyer for administrative law and a specialist in energy, regulatory, public and private construction and environmental law.

    He focuses on (energy) infrastructure projects and energy supply and demand, and also advises on administrative procedures with respect to product non-compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

    His client base includes (general) contractors, project developers, manufacturers, operators of plants, energy supply companies, public bodies and municipal utilities. He combines outstanding legal expertise in the field of energy and utilities with awareness of the regulatory and political environment.

    Hermann regularly speaks at conferences, with a focus on energy storage.
