Arnoud is a highly experienced tax professional advising on a broad array of international tax matters, with a specialised focus on international Restructuring, Tax Control and Compliance matters. Anticipating the increasingly changing international legal and tax environment, he advises clients on the various changes stemming from the OECD/G20 and EU Commission BEPS action plans. He specialises in the structuring of corporate foundations, international non-profit organisations, and tech assets, as well as advising clients on Energy- and Betting & Gaming taxes. Arnoud has a focus on Africa and his practice increasingly consists of South African clients.
Marta advises clients from a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, FMCG, cosmetics, food and beverage, spirits, publishing, telecommunications and DIY.
