Working in our Dutch tax team, I am an associate advising on a variety of tax issues, both domestic and international.

The Dutch government released, on September 19, 2017, the Dutch Budget, which includes proposals for amendments to the Dutch tax laws, i.e. the 2018 Dutch tax plan. In the upcoming months the proposed amendments will be discussed in the Dutch Parliament.

We have summarised several key proposed amendments as included in the 2018 Dutch tax plan as well as other relevant recently proposed amendments to Dutch tax laws. We strongly focus on innovative and/or internationally active companies.
