The enactment of competition laws in the Asia Pacific region continues to grow. 2016 saw the newest competition authorities on the block find their feet as they started to educate the community and businesses and enforce their national competition law. Many of the more established competition regimes have strengthened their competition laws and regulators are pushing the boundaries in the enforcement of their laws.
