International law firm Bird & Bird expands its Slovak team in Bratislava with the arrival of two experienced advocates Katarína Galgóci and Naďa Fujáková as senior associates.
Katarína will strengthen the Employment practice, whereas Naďa will be active in the commercial law and litigation fields. With nearly 15 years of professional experience, Katarína Galgóci is a respected senior lawyer specialising primarily in employment law, as well as commercial, corporate and real estate law. Katarína supports on complex employment matters related to operations in the Slovak market, work force mobility, restructuring processes, corporate and technology changes and implementations, remuneration and benefit packages preparation, as well as introducing new internal policies and working schemes.
Katarína is a registered mediator officially enrolled in the List of Mediators maintained by the Slovak Ministry of Justice. She is joining the firm from a private practice.
Naďa Fujáková brings over ten years of experience from various sectors, advising local and international clients in civil and commercial law, as well as copyright law and personal data protection.
Naďa has a strong track record in civil, commercial and administrative dispute resolution matters having represented clients before courts, state authorities and public administration bodies. Her litigation ambit includes courts of all levels and instances.
While joining from a private practice, Naďa also has experience working in an international law firm.
