Bird & Bird ATMD has acted as Singapore legal counsel to Delixy Holdings Limited in connection with its successful initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Delixy Holdings is a Singapore-based oil trading company with a footprint across Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Middle East. Its core business is crude oil, supported by a diverse portfolio including fuel oils, motor gasoline, petrochemicals, and naphtha.

The company plans to use the proceeds to broaden its product offerings, strengthen market presence, pursue strategic acquisitions and partnerships including joint ventures and alliances as well as support general corporate initiatives.

The Bird & Bird team was led by Partner Jolie Giouw and Associate Karen Ho.
