International law firm Bird & Bird expands its Prague team by welcoming experienced associate Natálie Rosová who joins as co-head of Finance & Financial Regulation in the Czech Republic.
Natálie brings nearly 20 years of experience in banking and finance law, financial transactions, finance and payment services regulation, capital markets, restructuring, and insolvency. Her extensive professional experience also includes representing clients in proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
She gained her professional experience in both Czech and large international law firms.
Her clients include leading financial institutions, Czech and foreign companies, and global corporations.
