Bird & Bird ATMD LLP advised Qapita Fintech Pte. Ltd. in its US$17.22 million fundraising round from existing investors including East Ventures, Cercano Management, NYCA and others.
Qapita Fintech is a Singapore-based tech startup which provides an equity management platform to help private companies and start-ups digitally manage capitalisation tables and ESOP programs and which provides solutions for shareholder and employee liquidity. The proceeds from the fundraising are to be used for the Qapita group’s business expansion, working capital requirements and other purposes in accordance with its business plan and the annual budget.
