International law firm Bird and Bird has grown its preeminent intellectual property (IP) practice with the arrival of partner Nicole Jadeja.
As a life sciences and healthcare lawyer, Nicole specialises in global patent litigation and in providing strategic IP advice, working at the interface between IP, regulatory and commercial law. Nicole is recognised as a thought leader in life sciences and IP and as a world leading IP strategist.
As well as advising global pharmaceutical companies on business-critical patent litigation, Nicole also advises a wide-range of companies across the life sciences and healthcare sector, including innovative biotech companies developing cutting edge technologies, such as gene and cell therapy.
She holds the position of Vice Chair of the IP committee of the BioIndustry Association and is a legal member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorney's life sciences committee.
