Bird & Bird advises the sellers on sale of leading Jersey fiduciary, Garfield-Bennett Trust Company Limited to Summit Group Limited

International law firm Bird & Bird LLP has advised on the sale of Garfield-Bennett Trust Company Limited, a Jersey based fiduciary business focused on providing independent wealth structuring and administration services for corporates and HNWIs, to Summit Group Limited.

Garfield-Bennett is a leading, privately owned trust company which was founded in 1995, providing wealth structuring services with specialisms in Trust & Company formation and fund administration. Based in Jersey, Garfield-Bennett has a long history of assisting its multi-national and diverse client base.

The Bird & Bird team in London was led by Clive Hopewell (partner, Corporate), Richie Lamb (senior associate, Corporate) and Henry Everett (associate, Corporate).
