Bird & Bird advises BPD Zenith on its acquisition of Peacock Engineering Limited

BPD Zenith, an IBM Platinum Partner, is a world leading provider of EAM solutions for asset intensive organisations worldwide. First incorporated in 1994, it now has offices in the UK, Canada, U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The acquisition of Peacock Engineering, a gold partner of IBM and IFS, will further strengthen BPD Zenith's position as a global leader in the delivery of asset management technologies, which includes Peacock Engineering's market-leading mobility solution, Fingertip.

The Bird & Bird team was led by Adam Meisels (partner, Corporate) and Samrad Nazer (partner, Finance & Financial Regulation) alongside Richie Lamb (senior associate, Corporate), Tamara Akl (associate, Corporate), William Schofield (counsel, Finance & Financial Regulation) and Dan Campbell (associate, Finance & Financial Regulation) and with support from Bird & Bird’s Commercial, Competition, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Protection, Real Estate and Tax teams.
