Our Budapest team, headed by M&A Partner and Co-Head of Office, Pál Szabó, supported by associate Barnabás Simon, recently advised Hungary’s Szécsenyi Funds (SZTA), on its investment in Flashpoint Venture Capital Fund III, managed by Flashpoint Venture Capital, a VC investment firm managing multiple tech-focused funds performing equity and venture debt investments across Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus. SZTA is also one of the largest and most active PE/VC investor in CEE and became the fund’s first institutional investor.
