Our Energy & Utilities Sector Group has once again been ranked number 1 globally in the ‘Top 20 Legal Advisers by Number of M&A Deals’ category, based on the number of deals done in 2021. The team was the most active law firm in 2021, advising on 97 total clean energy M&A deals.
