We advised the sellers in a transaction in which the Swedish company Mecenat Holding AB acquired the entire share capital of Oy Frank Students Ab.

Oy Frank Students is a company founded in 2013 by four national student organisations and Oy KILROY Finland AB in 2013. It provides student identification services and student discounts in Finland. The student organisations and Kilroy sold their stake in Oy Frank Students Ab to Mecenat Holding AB, a Swedish company with more than 20 years of experience in student discount business and cooperation with student organisations in Sweden.
Frank is Finland's leading provider of digital student cards and authentication services, with a mission to build the best student life for students. The change of ownership will allow student organisations to focus on their core mission, while ensuring that students continue to receive excellent benefits and services.
