International law firm Bird & Bird’s management consultancy arm, OXYGY today announces the appointment of Maria Carlsson as member of its Board.
Maria is a partner and head of Bird & Bird’s Corporate and M&A Group in Finland, specialising in M&A. She has over 20 years' experience of structuring and negotiating complex transactions, particularly private M&A deals and handles both inbound and outbound cross-border work.
An enthusiastic advocate of the value for clients generated by the partnership between Bird & Bird and OXYGY, Maria’s appointment will build on the accelerated growth of the joint businesses and foster the collaboration between the two firms.
