The Bird & Bird Corporate and Finance teams advised Jobandtalent on its €100 million financing from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, via its Series D funding round, as well as an €83 million debt facility from BlackRock.
The funding will accelerate Jobandtalent’s expansion into new markets, including the US, and help to further consolidate its market leading position in existing territories, including (among others) Spain, Germany, France, Mexico and the UK.
