International law firm Bird & Bird advised Gamma on its acquisition of Mission Labs

The Bird & Bird team advised Gamma on the acquisition of Mission Labs in the UK. Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), is a leading technology-based provider of communications services in the UK and mainland Europe. Mission Labs Limited (“Mission Labs”) is a leading developer of applications to manage Cloud Contact Centres and Cloud Communications. The acquisition forms part of Gamma’s strategy to accelerate its digital channels and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) offerings.



It was a collaborative team effort requiring a coordinated one stop service from the firm’s Corporate and Tax groups. Gamma was advised by Corporate partner, Neil Blundell, associates Richie Lamb and Max Latchmore, as well as Tax partner Zoe Feller and associate Andrew Rink.
