International law firm Bird & Bird advised the City of Jyväskylä on the €88 million sale of a significant community property portfolio to eQ Community Properties Fund. The portfolio consists of three major campus areas and rescue stations in Vaajakoski, Seppälä, and Ristonmaa.
Our role encompassed providing comprehensive legal advice to the City of Jyväskylä, covering corporate structuring, contract negotiations, and transactional documentation.
