We advised shareholders of Specim, Spectral Imaging Oy Ltd., a leading provider of hyperspectral imaging technology, in connection with their sale of all the shares in the company to Konica Minolta Inc. Specim is a Oulu-based Finnish technology company founded in 1995 and a leading player in hyperspectral imaging (HSI) market.
