Bird & Bird boosts Finance Practice and Energy & Utilities Sector Group with the appointment of Pierpaolo Mastromarini as partner in Italy

International law firm Bird & Bird today boosts its Finance Practice and Energy & Utilities Sector Group with the appointment of Pierpaolo Mastromarini as a partner in Italy.

Pierpaolo advises on asset and project finance transactions with a strong focus on energy-related financing and refinancing deals. He also has particular expertise advising on infrastructure and project financing matters. He joins from Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) where he was a partner for four years. Before joining WFW, Pierpaolo worked at leading Italian law firm, Bonelli Erede, and Allen & Overy in Rome and London. He also previously worked at Deutsche Bank in the renewable energy team in London. 

Joining with Pierpaolo are senior associate, Michele Arruzzulo and associate, Daniele Pompei.
