Bird & Bird ATMD has acted for SGX-listed Cityneon Holdings Ltd in the recent acquisition of JP Exhibitions LLC for US$25 million, allowing it to make global use of the intellectual property of the Jurassic World Exhibition. This exhibition is a licensed spin-off from the blockbuster movie Jurassic World and is Cityneon's third acquisition. It follows Disney's Marvel Avengers STATION and Hasbro's Transformers Autobot Alliance.
