Bird & Bird partner Zhaofeng Zhou's article selected by the Antitrust Writing Awards 2016

We are happy to announce that the Antitrust Writing Awards have selected Zhaofeng Zhou's article entitled New Chinese Rules on Abusing IPRs: What Does It Mean for the Exercise of IPRs after the Qualcomm Case?

Zhaofeng Zhou

Zhaofeng is our Competition partner in Beijing and has a strong academic and practical experience in anti-trust issues in the Chinese market.

The Antitrust Writing Awards Editorial Committee selected Zhaofeng's article out of more than 600 articles reviewed. Readers can vote for their favourite article until 15 February. Their vote will permit to nominate 1 article for each of the Awards, i.e., 10 Academic articles and 10 Business articles. This short list will be communicated to the Board together with the 20 articles nominated by the Steering Committees. The Board will then decide on the award-winning articles.

Results will be announced at the Awards ceremony that will take place in Washington DC on April 5, 2016.
