The Sydney Bird & Bird team recently advised the City & Guilds Group on the acquisition of Adelaide-based e3Learning – one of Australia's largest dedicated corporate e-learning and compliance providers. e3Learning consists of Interact Learning Pty Limited, an Australian entity, and its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, e3Learning Solutions Ltd based in Australia, and e3Learning UK Limited based in the UK.
Established in 2001, e3Learning specialises in workforce risk management and online compliance training for employers. Since 2013, it has been under the ownership of Open Universities Australia. Today e3Learning works with a range of customers in various industries and sectors including healthcare, government and aviation.
This follows on from the City & Guilds Group’s recent acquisition of Nine Lanterns in Australia, on which the Sydney Bird & Bird team also advised.
