Today marks the third anniversary of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To mark the occasion, we’ve recorded a podcast that summarises the key developments in the last 3 years such as enforcement and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We also looked at what is on the horizon such as (i) international data transfers (stay tuned for more updates from us on the Commission implementing decision re: new SCCs, (ii) the importance of data protection specialists and DPOs within organisations and (iii) ePrivacy and GDPR reforms.

Happy GDPR anniversary all. We hope you’ll enjoy our podcast!
